Annual Statutory Fees

The invoices in relation to annual statutory fees will be raised in the first week of November. In order to ensure that we meet our requirements to settle Registrar of Company fees in January, we would appreciate that all invoices are settled by the end of December in order for us to ensure that we meet the mid-January registrar fee deadline.

End of Year Office Closure dates

In view of the festive season, our office will be closed on the following days:

1. On 24th November 2017 as from 3pm
2. On 22nd December 2017 as from noon
3. Full day on 26th December 2017
4. On 29th December 2017 as from noon

In case of urgent client requests, please note that staff will be available through emails and will also be able to attend to client requests.

In addition to the above, our office will be closed for the following Mauritian public and bank holidays:

1. 25th December 2017
2. 1st January 2018
3. 2nd January 2018
